Description

A system of BIPV fixings is a solution in which a wall surface can be used for installation of a PV system. A gap (20 mm) is left between the insulating material and the external cladding (made of modules), ensuring air circulation, and this improves thermal insulation of a building, and allows to remove moisture.

Due to its highly aesthetic appearance this solution is used in schools, hospitals, office buildings, residentials, etc.

The BIPV system is adjusted to glass-glass modules and was tested as a kit of BIPV fixings, ensuring the safety of use and guaranteeing a long-term smooth operation of the structure.

The technical characteristics are confirmed by the Polish Technical Approval issued by the Building Research Institute.

A complete system for installation of photovoltaic modules on a building façade. A gap (20 mm) is left between the insulating material and the external cladding (made of modules), ensuring correct air circulation. The photovoltaic structure for building façades was designed in a way improving thermal insulation of the structure and ensuring draining of moisture.

Tests and certificates

The only designs in the Polish market certified with the Polish Technical Approval.

The Polish Technical Approval authorises our company to:

  •  – prepare a European  performance declaration for the fixture kit,
  •  – marking our products with the construction mark B.

Customers for our structures are granted the safety guarantee that is the best in the market, as well as confirmation of the most extensive range of technical parameters, extending beyond parameters declared under PN-EN 1090-1.

The technical parameters that cannot be declared under PN-EN 1090-1, and which are crucial in terms of safety and durability in use, include:

  •  tests of connection strength;
  •  load tests for PV panels with a structure, for wind and snow loads;
  •  forces transferred by middle and end fixing clamps;
  •  kit resistance to being hit by a heavy soft or hard light body;
  •  resistance to being hit by stones.

The specified technical parameters play a very important role for safety of the product use and its durability, taking into account fixtures stability or attempts to destroy the structure.

Advantages of the Polish Technical Approval

The Polish Technical Approval belongs to reference documents, enabling placing of a construction product in the European and international market. These reference documents include relevant standards (harmonised and Polish Norms for the products) and Technical Assessments (Polish Technical Approvals (KOT) and European Technical Assessments). Before placing a given structure in the market, its manufacturer is responsible for specifying a product type and performance of essential product characteristics that contribute meeting of basic requirements by construction facilities in which they will be used.

KOT can only be issued for a product not covered (or not covered in full) by a harmonised standard and a Polish Norm for the product, but which belongs to product groups listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Regulation of Minister of Infrastructure and Construction of 17 November 2016 concerning a way for declaring performance of construction products and their marking with the construction mark (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1966). Provisions of the said Regulation indicate that KOT and/or ETA (European Technical Assessment) can be issued when:  no norm is available/when for at least one fundamental characteristic of a given product (a product characteristic that will be declared by the manufacturer in a relevant performance declaration) an assessment method specified in a norm is not correct/when a norm does not provide for any assessment method for at least one fundamental characteristics of a given product. This means, for example, that a manufacturer who wants to declare performance characteristics of a product exceeding the scope of a given norm (e.g., PN-EN 1090-1), must obtain a relevant (European or National) Technical Assessment to put the product in the market. The Technical Assessment is a document issued on request of the manufacturer, but when it is not available for a product not covered (in full or in part) by the scope of the norm, KOT is the only document allowing to place the product on the Polish or the European market. A much more extensive range of performance characteristics, e.g., exceeding  PN-EN 1090-1, can only be declared under an European or a National Technical Assessment. The technical parameters that cannot be declared under PN-EN 1090-1, and which are crucial in terms of safety and durability in use, include: connection strength tests,  load tests for PV panels with a structure, for wind and snow loads; forces transferred by middle and end fixing clamps; resistance of the kit to being hit by a heavy soft or hard light body; or resistance to being hit by stones. The specified technical parameters play a very important role for safety of the product use and its durability, taking into account fixtures stability or attempts to destroy the structure.

Our Ready-made photovoltaic / solar power plants for self-assembly and installers, aso are fitted for wall mounting, as FAÇADE SYSTEMS for PV modules

Micro power plants were designed by a team of engineers from PVGroup. Trouble-free operation, high yields of electricity and a quick return on investment were the goal of the project team of PVGroupl engineers. Solar power plants can be easily installed on a metal tile, roof tile or on the ground. Rely on the many years of experience of engineers who passionately create solutions from renewable energy sources.

Photovoltaic sets designed and prepared by PVGroup contain all the necessary elements: appropriate rails and connectors, roof holders, clamps, the latest photovoltaic panels, inverters, lightning arresters and cables.

5,4KW photovoltaic set - Rely on many years of experience of enthusiasts of renewable energy sources and choose a solution from carefully selected components. Enjoy cheap electricity for many years to come! 5,4KW photovoltaic set / complete power plant photovoltaic was prepared by a team of engineers from PVGroup.pl. The goal that we set for the engineers was efficiency and reliability, intended for a minimum of 20 years of trouble-free operation, assuming a minimum return on investment. The task turned out to be a challenge that a team of engineers worked on with the support of producers of photovoltaic equipment. One of the important factors was insolation in this geographic location. Thanks to close cooperation with engineers and service technicians of producers, whom we are a direct representative in Poland, we were able to obtain optimal parameters photovoltaic power plants.

We offer a complete 5,4KW photovoltaic set for self-assembly 5,4 kW solar power plant with a pape or trapezoidal mounting system.

Responsible for the safety of pallet shipments:

Our photovoltaic sets / power plants are traveling to you in insured transport. Shipments are packed with great care in such a way that the goods reach their destination in an undamaged form. Packing takes place under the supervision of cameras. However, if there is a problem, please write a protocol with the courier, mark what exactly is damaged and this is where the customer's responsibility ends. Have you wondered about the quality of the mounting components in a solar power plant?

Safety guarantee - TUV certificate

Photovoltaic installation /photovoltaic set it is not only panels and an inverter. The essential elements are assembly materials. The safety of you and your loved ones depends on the mounting elements. Rely on Polish and European producers. We directly supervise the production of handles and mounting elements for the roof and ground. By working with manufacturers, we have an influence on the materials that are used for production. Each of our suppliers of roof mounting elements is required to present the relevant TUV certificates for structures. Let's take care of the safety of the installation together. Remember that our power plants are designed for 20 years. Each component is selected to safely fulfill its function for years to come. We do not compromise when it comes to safety.
